Cheryl served on the Education Committee as co-chair in 2007 & member in 2008, elected a Board Director for the HCAR 2008, and was honored to serve as an officer, Board Secretary in 2009. In 2011, Cheryl served on the HCAR Nominating Committee. Cheryl was also recognized as an Honor Society Member for HCAR in 2007 and 2008.

Cheryl earned the GRI designation, (Graduate, Realtor Institute) a distinction held by less than 10% of all Hernando County Realtors. She holds her "At Home With Diversity" certification as well as the National Association of Realtors GREEN designation, which means she can identify eco-friendly features in homes. She also holds the prestigious CRS designation, (Certified Residential Specialist) held by less than 5% of all Realtors in the entire United States!

Recognized in an elite category of ReMax professionals, Cheryl has earned the distinguished Hall of Fame award, presented to agents whose real estate sales have exceeded those of entire sales staffs of other companies. She has also been a member of the 100% Club for several years, and achieved the Platinum level.
